So funny story-DW had to get undressed from the waist down for today's "check" and no sooner did that happen than the fire alarm at the doctor's office! Turns out it was a little kid in the waiting room that pulled it so thankfully we didn't have to evacuate...but seriously? Ha!
Internal exam today revealed that bebe is in fact head down-that's the good news. DW is however not yet dilating at all, cervix is high and completely closed, which translates to no labor action anytime soon.
Mary isn't sleeping well AT ALL anymore, heartburn is still rampant, especially at night, swelling in hands and feet is pretty consistent, and she has been really exhausted lately (like 2 hour naps each day on the weekend exhausted)
My colleague at work threw us a lovely little shower at her house this past Sunday -it was incredibly thoughtful and the food was SO good!
We also got a package from our friends in SOHO this week and it was loaded with goodies - who doesn't love getting a package on the front porch when they get home?? no matter what's inside!
