Uh-Oh...cyst? No problem! Right?

DW had her appt today where she had a physical, trial transfer and saline sonogram. We like the new Doc as he is completely anal and that is a good quality in an RE...trial transfer was a challenge as suspected - DW's cervix is very curved toward the bladder which makes it difficult to get to the uterus. But he was diligent in his efforts and very gentle with my DW, which was appreciated and was eventually able to navigate where he needed to go WITHOUT clamoing her cervix, which is what has causd her so much pain through all her IUI attempts. He did find a cyst on her right side which he said we will have to watch to make sure it is not producing hormones, hopefully its just leftover from a previous cycle. When she gets her bloodwork done on June 30th, we will know more because if her estrogen level if supressed, then no worries, but if elevated, then we may likely have to wait out this cycle to let the cyst subside. Apparently if this egg/follie is active already, it wont allow her to stim other eggs/follies. So we are hoping for a quiet and useless cysts so we can move forward. The coordinator is calling the mail order pharmacy today to order her meds and we should have them bby the end of this week, starting Lupron next week, and then eventually Follistim, Menopur and eventually the trigger shot and progesterone oil shots.....gearing p for the big one and we need all the support you can muster...
